Senior Developer (Order Management System) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin
As a Senior Developer specializing in the Order Management System at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of our global trading system (FIS Front Arena). You will provide exceptional services to stakeholders across our international locations, creating long-term added value for the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop the Order Management System (OMS).
- Collaborate with business units to enhance services and implement new demands in related areas, including networks.
- Implement and develop new integrations, market connections, and functionalities within our Front Arena trading system.
- Support the business in their daily operations.
- Work towards improving system stability and drive automation initiatives.
Your Profile
- A university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or a completed apprenticeship or similar banking education.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of Front Arena OMNI/AMS.
- Industry-specific knowledge is a must.
- Proficiency in Front Arena Automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL.
- Experience with FIX-Protocol, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Front Arena PRIME/ADS is a plus.
- Proven experience in supporting and maintaining systems.
- A successful track record in Front Arena.
- Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work under pressure.
- A hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
- Capability to build and lead through well-structured architecture designs.
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is an advantage.
