Position: Senior Mechanical System Engineer
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

Our teams work closely with leading aerospace organizations to develop high-quality engineering documentation supporting aircraft development, certification, and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support system engineering activities for aircraft emergency and safety equipment, acting as Systems Engineer for ATA 25-03 prototype escape and emergency systems.
- Capture, validate, and document system requirements.
- Contribute to compliance and verification activities in line with applicable aviation regulations (e.g. FAR/EASA-CS Part 23), with a focus on early flight phases.
- Develop system test plans and related technical instructions.
- Prepare engineering reports related to prototype development and validation.
- Coordinate and technically manage development activities with multiple external suppliers.
- Provide support to adjacent systems (e.g. doors) and aircraft test campaigns.
Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
- A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems within development, integration, and certification environments.
- Proven experience in aircraft systems engineering and development.
- Familiarity with flight test or safety-critical system integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing suppliers or external development partners.
