MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (M/W/D) ⚙️

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS
- Designing power electronics devices.
- Gathering information, documenting, reporting, and tracking design improvements while aligning with product strategic plans.
- Contributing creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow-up activities based on project results.
- Providing consulting services to business operations, including cost design, manufacturing design, and testing design.
- Participating in working teams, assisting co-workers, and consulting with team members to share knowledge and gain information.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (FH or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a work package leader or project/product leader role.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/Creo design.
- A solution-focused approach with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Familiarity with R&D product development methods, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
