Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As a Manager in our growing business tax team, you will provide tax technology advisory and implementation services to our clients. You will work on global engagements and, together with your team, deliver leading services on global tax technology to international organizations. Your primary focus will be on technology for direct tax process challenges, including tax accounting, BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (GloBE), and direct tax compliance, enabling our clients to navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with your team to develop best-practice solutions, helping clients analyze and implement processes to tackle GloBE-related challenges.
• Utilize your knowledge of Deloitte’s Pillar Two Agent to advise clients and implement tailored solutions.
• Conduct client demonstrations of Deloitte’s Pillar Two Agent tool and other GloBE, tax provision, and automation technologies.
• Train team members to deliver live software demonstrations effectively.
• Assess and respond to clients’ needs, providing relevant advice on tax technology and broader tax process issues.
• Adopt a pragmatic approach to resolving client challenges in tax technology, focusing on GloBE issues.
• Manage and supervise international teams in implementing tax technology, ensuring client demands are met and maintaining an overview of project status and requirements.
• Coordinate input from subject matter experts to offer the best possible advice to our clients.
• Guide clients in enhancing their operating strategy, tax function organization, tax processes, and risk management.
• Support clients and teams in embracing digital transformation while staying abreast of technological innovations in tax.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in data transformation, including building ETL processes, data transformation pipelines, and APIs.
• Experience presenting to clients and leading technical discussions on global tax tools, while customizing solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Involvement in developing tax technology solutions by collecting and implementing client requirements and change requests.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx, Excel VBA, Power Query, as well as programming languages like Python or SQL, especially for handling large data sets.
• Experience supporting bids and proposals as part of a client advisory team.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Fluent communication in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus but not mandatory.
