Our Tax Mobility business is centered on people management, and our vision is to assist our clients in navigating its complexities. In the realm of Mobility, we support our clients in managing the intricate compliance, reporting, and risks associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce. As part of our global team, you will benefit from strategic investments in multiple business areas, forecasting significant growth in the short to medium term.

In this role, you will contribute to and lead special advisory projects, including business traveler and equity-based compensation advice and mobility technology initiatives. You will ensure technical excellence while adopting a practical, business-driven approach. You will be responsible for global management and execution of services for a large Swiss multinational organization and will take the lead in developing a compliance and advisory team based in Switzerland.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of tax compliance engagements, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and communicating between global tax teams.
  • Managing engagements and undertaking a wide range of project tasks, such as conducting tax briefings, performing research, liaising with authorities, and reviewing tax returns.
  • Maintaining day-to-day client communication and liaisons.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships while providing high levels of client service.
  • Coaching and developing other team members.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
  • A minimum of 8 years of consultancy experience focused on global personal income tax services; expertise in cross-border tax and social security matters is advantageous.
  • Strong command of English is essential, with additional languages being beneficial due to our international presence.
  • Experience in managing large global coordination clients.
  • Capability to provide international tax and social security planning.
  • Experience in developing and managing extensive global networks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with flexibility to meet client and departmental needs and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a quick learning ability.
