How You Can Make an Impact

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage in several industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly professional peers while engaging in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by working alongside other departments or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or relevant modules) for significant business and system transformation efforts, preferably with experience in management consulting.
• Proficient knowledge of agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, demonstrated through managing design and development teams across full delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience in collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
