How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through intricate Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, with primary focus areas including Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly professional, and like-minded colleagues while managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other divisions within the company or engaging with member firms beyond Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) for significant business and system transformation projects.
• Experience in management consulting, resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in tandem with client stakeholders, and shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, with experience managing design and development teams through complete delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
