How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage across various industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a network of international, professional, and like-minded colleagues while managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by collaborating with different divisions within the company or other member firms outside Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules). This includes experience in management consulting and managing technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methods (SCRUM, etc.).
• Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, with a history of managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including oversight of project financials.
• Experience collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
