How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, working either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly skilled colleagues while participating in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by engaging with other departments and member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules), focusing on major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, handling technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, and shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions while working with clients' technical/enterprise architects.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methods (SCRUM, etc.).
• Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, applied in managing design and development teams throughout full project lifecycles, including managing project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
