Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive various projects, focusing on areas such as:
    • Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce
    • Designing compensation plans and incentive structures for diverse stakeholders, and developing reward policies
    • Creating and implementing job grading systems and job architecture frameworks
    • Performing remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data
    • Assisting in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials
    • Working alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationships
    • Collaborating effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, service lines, and EY colleagues globally

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting
  • Experience in employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, and conducting remuneration surveys, along with a strong HR generalist background is highly desirable
  • Excellent proficiency in English; German language skills are considered an asset
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, capable of creating effective data presentations
  • An analytical mindset with a methodical and rigorous approach
  • A true team player, committed to long-term team investment
  • Experience in growth, sales, and leadership, especially for executive hires
