How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Manager/Director in Finance Transformation, you will:

• Spearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, including ERP/EPM assessments and Phase 0 planning, leveraging leading platforms to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects focusing on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy, Target Operating Models, and performance steering models.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities post-integration to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance immediately following mergers or acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Advise clients on finance strategy, process optimization, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making, performance management, and value creation.
• Drive business development activities in coordination with your team.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• You bring at least 10 years of experience in Finance Strategy, transformation, or consulting, ideally with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, Target Operating Model design, and integration readiness.
• You have a strong understanding of finance processes including controlling, consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and German, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
• Experience with leading ERP and finance technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in Financial Services such as Insurance or Banking, complemented by consulting experience at a Big Four firm or a leading consulting market player, is preferred.
