How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Manager/Director in Finance Transformation, your role will include:

• Spearheading ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, conducting assessments and leveraging leading platforms to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Leading end-to-end finance transformation projects focused on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy and defining Target Operating Models alongside performance steering models.
• Driving Day 1 readiness activities post-integration to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance immediately following mergers or acquisitions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Advising clients on finance strategy, process optimization, and technology adoption to improve decision-making, performance management, and value creation.
• Driving business development activities within the team.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance Strategy, transformation, or consulting, with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, and Target Operating Model integration readiness.
• A strong understanding of finance processes, including controlling, consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German, with readiness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
• Experience with leading ERP and finance technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Background in Financial Services, such as Insurance or Banking, and consulting experience within a Big Four firm or a leading consulting market player is a plus.
