Job Description

As a Senior Manager or Director at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, advising international clients on innovative technology solutions tailored to enhance their business operations. We leverage extensive knowledge and experience from tackling some of the most intricate IT projects globally, including system overhauls and comprehensive IT transformations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Advise senior technology executives on enterprise technology strategy, IT operating models, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead large-scale, complex IT transformation programs from strategy development through to execution.
• Transform business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps, architectural principles, and portfolio plans to optimize IT-business interactions.
• Collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams and across Deloitte service lines to drive business development, marketing initiatives, and practice growth, enhancing our presence in the German-speaking market.

Who We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, focusing on CIO/IT advisory and leading comprehensive IT transformations for international and Swiss organizations.
• Proven experience in shaping and delivering complex technology change.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management skills, including commercial management and oversight of full project lifecycles.
• Executive presence with the capability to engage, challenge, and influence CxO and CxO-1 stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success in business development, including pipeline development, networking, proposal leadership, pricing strategies, and closing medium to high-complexity deals.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Located in Zurich, with flexibility to work across Switzerland as needed.
