Your Key Responsibilities
- Designing, blueprinting, and implementing Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions within SAP ERP / S/4 HANA / Central Finance system architecture.
- Integrating additional SAP applications and systems such as Concur, Ariba, etc.
- Transforming the finance function of the future alongside our clients in areas such as corporate governance, business intelligence, and financial processes tailored to industry needs using SAP technology.
- Leveraging modern platforms like S/4 HANA Finance to provide comprehensive insights on profitability, service delivery, and cost management.
- Optimizing financial processes by applying SAP Best Practices on SAP platforms.
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues on process design, analysis, optimization, and introducing new team members to SAP topics.
- Contributing to the development of our consulting practice through training initiatives, publishing articles, and presenting at conferences.
- Utilizing our interdisciplinary services to create holistic ERP solutions for our clients.
- Participating in ongoing training on the latest SAP technologies, with opportunities for SAP certification.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Information Systems with outstanding academic achievement.
- 6 to 10 years of consulting experience focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Controlling.
- End-to-End system implementation and transformation experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP S/4 Central Finance with a leading company.
- Strong understanding of financial end-to-end processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle, and proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Asset Accounting.
- Experience in translating business concepts into IT designs using ERP systems like SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA, S/4 HANA Cloud, Tagetik, or Microsoft NAV.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and German or French, as we work in an international environment.
