Join Our Finance Team in Business Consulting
As part of our Finance team, you will support our clients in their digital transformation and the optimization of financial processes, including implementation in Next-Generation ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA from both strategic and conceptual perspectives. Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the conception, design, blueprinting, and implementation of Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions within the SAP ERP / S/4 HANA / Central Finance system architecture.
- Integrate additional SAP applications and systems such as Concur and Ariba.
- Enable the finance function of the future with our clients, focusing on corporate governance, business intelligence, and optimized financial processes that meet industry and business-specific needs, supported by SAP technology.
- Utilize modern technology platforms like S/4 HANA Finance to provide transparent information on profitability, service delivery, and cost management to our clients.
- Review and perform financial process optimization leveraging SAP Best Practices on SAP platforms.
- Support experienced colleagues in the design, analysis, and optimization of processes while introducing coworkers to SAP topics.
- Develop our consulting practice through training sessions, publishing articles, and presenting at conferences.
- Utilize our interdisciplinary range of services to set up holistic ERP solutions for our customers.
- Engage in continuous training on new SAP technologies with opportunities for SAP certification.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Information Systems with excellent results.
- At least 6 to 10 years of consulting experience in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling.
- End-to-end system implementation and transformation experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4 Central Finance at a leading company.
- Good understanding of financial end-to-end processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle, or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Asset Accounting.
- Experience in translating business concepts into IT designs with one or more ERP systems such as SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA, S/4 HANA Cloud, Tagetik, or Microsoft NAV.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and either German or French, as we are an international company.
