Join our team at Deloitte as a Senior Manager or Director in the Technology Strategy & Transformation division, where you will advise international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. As a specialist, you will help organizations develop IT strategies and implement systems that drive performance and create business value. With extensive knowledge and experience from tackling some of the world’s most complex IT projects, you will guide clients through various transformation processes, from system replacements to comprehensive IT overhauls.

How You Can Make an Impact:

• Advise our client’s senior technology executives on enterprise technology strategy, target IT operating models, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead large-scale, complex IT transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Translate business strategies into pragmatic technology roadmaps, architecture principles, and portfolio plans to optimize IT’s interaction with the business side.
• Collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams, and engage across Deloitte service lines to drive business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice growth in the German-speaking market.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, focusing on CIO/IT advisory and leading end-to-end IT transformations for international and Swiss organizations.
• Proven track record of shaping and delivering complex technology changes.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management skills, including commercial management and full project lifecycle delivery oversight.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence CxO/CxO-1 stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success in business development, including pipeline building, origination, proposal leadership, pricing, contracting, and closing medium/high-complexity deals.
• Fluency in German and English; additional French is an advantage.
• Based in Zürich, with flexibility to work across Switzerland as required.
