Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Order to Cash solution tower, focusing on team management, solution development, and transformation.
- Simplify and standardize global processes within client organizations by supporting the Order to Cash stream and eliminating low-value work.
- Collaborate with the Business Consulting Technology team as an Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional requirements and solution design inputs.
- Drive entity-wide transformation programs, including Target Operating Model design, process redesign, and technology architecture implementation.
- Foster client relationships, propose innovative solutions based on market trends, and support team development through training and mentorship.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, or a comparable course of study.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of consulting experience at a Big 4 company.
- At least 5 years of Order to Cash experience in consulting, GBS/BPO operations, or a process expert role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with rigorous working methods.
- High motivation, goal-driven approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in sales activities such as proposal creation and business development, with an understanding of business metrics.
- Empathetic personality with excellent team leadership skills, thriving in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
