About the Role

As a (Senior) Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their businesses. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance. Our team combines in-depth knowledge and experience from working on some of the world's most complex IT projects, ranging from system replacement to complete IT transformation. By joining us, you will gain valuable insights into IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective enterprise architecture.
• Support enterprise, business, and solution architects in defining solution architecture for large programs.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions while coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Assess the maturity of enterprise architecture in client organizations and assist in improving their architectural capabilities.
• Act as a key enabler, building bridges between business and IT to deliver significant impact for clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate and present your ideas and findings both orally and in writing.
• You hold a degree in applied mathematics or computer science, with extensive professional experience (10+ years) in software, solution, and enterprise architecture, alongside a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle in either consulting or a corporate setting.
• You have successfully led software development projects, managed business and IT stakeholders, and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams; certifications such as TOGAF, IT project management, or Open Group Certified Architect are valuable assets.
• You are fluent in both English and German and are open to travel (mainly within Switzerland); proficiency in French is a plus.
