About the Role

As a (Senior) Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, advising international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business. Your expertise will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that drive performance and build business value. With in-depth knowledge gained from complex IT projects globally, you will enrich your understanding of IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with our clients' key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective enterprise architecture.
• Support enterprise, business, and solution architects in defining solution architecture for large programs.
• Govern the implementation of our solutions while coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Assess the enterprise architecture maturity of our clients and help improve their architectural capabilities.
• Act as the key enabler, bridging the gap between business and IT to create impactful solutions for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong analytical skills and are able to communicate and present your ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• With a degree in applied mathematics or computer science, you have gained extensive professional experience (10+ years) in developing software, solution, and enterprise architecture, along with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle in a consulting or corporate environment.
• You have successfully led software development projects, managed business and IT stakeholders, and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams; certifications such as TOGAF, IT project management, or Open Group Certified Architect are considered advantageous.
• You are fluent in English and German, are enthusiastic about traveling (mainly within Switzerland), and additional French skills are a bonus.
