About the Role

As a (Senior) Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology tailored to their business needs. You will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems designed to generate business value and drive performance. Our team combines in-depth knowledge and experience from the most complex IT projects worldwide, ranging from system replacements to comprehensive IT transformations. By enriching our team, you will gain valuable insights into IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A. Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective enterprise architecture.
• Support enterprise, business, and solution architects of clients to define solution architecture for large programs.
• Govern the implementation of our solutions while coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Assess the enterprise architecture maturity of clients and assist in improving their architectural capabilities.
• Serve as a key enabler, bridging the gap between business and IT to make a significant impact for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present complex ideas and findings clearly, both orally and in writing.
• A background in applied mathematics or computer science, with over ten years of extensive professional experience in software, solution, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience leading software development projects, managing business and IT stakeholders, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams; TOGAF, IT project management, or Open Group Certified Architect certifications are a significant asset.
• Fluency in English and German, with additional French skills as an advantage; a willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland.
