Position Overview

Join Deloitte as a (Senior) Manager and become an integral part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, advising international clients on cutting-edge technology that drives business value and enhances performance. You will leverage your extensive knowledge gained from tackling complex IT projects globally, assisting organizations in developing strategies and implementing systems ranging from system replacements to full IT transformations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective enterprise architecture.
• Support our clients’ enterprise, business, and solution architects in defining solution architecture for large programs.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions by coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Evaluate the enterprise architecture maturity of our clients and guide them in enhancing their architectural capabilities.
• Serve as a key enabler, bridging the gap between business and IT to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate and present ideas both orally and in writing.
• A degree in applied mathematics or computer science, complemented by over 10 years of professional experience in software, solution, and enterprise architecture, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle in consulting or a corporate setting.
• Proven leadership in software development projects, managing both business and IT stakeholders, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. Certifications such as TOGAF, IT project management, or Open Group Certified Architect are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is an advantage and a willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland.
