Within EY-P, our Strategy & Execution group offers a comprehensive range of strategic consulting services, including corporate and growth strategy, M&A integrations, separations, transformations, Private Equity value creation, HR/IT due diligence, and operational restructuring. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in projects covering the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from HR due diligence, HR carve-out, and integration planning to day-1 readiness and HR exit readiness.
  • Interlink business strategy with HR, define recommendations, anticipate impacts, and develop actionable plans.
  • As a Senior Manager, oversee project management, including commercials and risk, client relationships, and thought leadership in your area of expertise.
  • Foster excellent client relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
  • Drive business development activities including responding to proposal requests, upselling existing engagements, and managing pursuit meetings with clients.
  • Lead practice development initiatives, maintaining our team's reputation as a great workplace.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor junior team members, along with recruitment and training responsibilities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • A minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience with a proven track record in HR transactions, specializing in HR due diligence, HR separations, HR integrations, or corporate restructuring assignments.
  • At least 4 years of experience in consulting organizations (e.g., Big Four) is essential.
  • Experience with HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, or labor law.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially German, French, or Italian, is a plus.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A curious mindset with the ability to structure problems systematically and organized.
  • Exceptional team player with a client-oriented attitude, ready to drive solutions within a highly motivated and diverse team across functions and geographies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach junior team members.
  • A demonstrated history of successful project management.
