Our People Advisory Services Reward team is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex challenges associated with executive and board rewards, pensions and benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics. These may include regulatory compliance, equity programs, job grading, performance management, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive various projects.
  • Conduct benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce.
  • Design compensation plans and incentive structures tailored for different stakeholders, including developing reward policies.
  • Create and implement job grading systems and job architecture frameworks.
  • Perform remuneration surveys and analyze remuneration data.
  • Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
  • Work alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and EY colleagues globally.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting.
  • Experience in key employee retention and compensation and benefits programs, with a background in conducting remuneration surveys and managing a company’s remuneration offerings. Knowledge of market trends in the field of rewards is highly desirable, along with an HR generalist background.
  • Excellent proficiency in English; German is considered an asset.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create effective data presentations.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to apply methodical and rigorous approaches.
  • A true team player, committed to long-term team investment.
  • Experience in growth, sales, and leadership, particularly for executive hires.
