Our People Advisory Services Reward team is dedicated to assisting our clients in navigating the complex challenges associated with executive and board rewards, pensions and benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics such as regulatory compliance, equity programs, grading, and performance management.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive diverse projects. Potential areas of focus include:
- Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce.
- Designing compensation plans and incentive structures for different stakeholders, along with developing reward policies.
- Creating and implementing job grading systems and job architecture frameworks.
- Performing remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data.
- Assisting in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
- Working alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborating effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and EY colleagues globally.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting.
- Ideally, experience in key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, as well as supporting the management of a company's remuneration offerings. Knowledge of market trends in the field of rewards and their key drivers, alongside an HR generalist background, is highly desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in English; German proficiency is considered an asset.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create effective data presentations.
- An analytical mindset with a methodical and rigorous approach.
- A true team player, dedicated to long-term team investment.
- Experience in growth, sales, and leadership, particularly for executive hires.
