Help Our Clients Manage Global Challenges

Our Actuarial team delivers a comprehensive range of actuarial support across life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We regularly collaborate with teams in Audit & Assurance, as well as other service lines like Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on large-scale projects.

In this position, you will integrate into an experienced project team from day one and take on daily responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Act as the primary point of contact for pension-related topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Directly lead various client projects, such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from proposals and contracting to delivery and invoicing.
• Drive business development by identifying new ideas and opportunities, generating new business with internal and external clients.
• Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a University degree (ETH or equivalent) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• You are a qualified actuary (“Actuary SAA” or equivalent).
• You possess experience in an actuarial position within the insurance industry or consulting.
• You exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for learning and making a meaningful impact.
• You communicate effectively in both German and English with stakeholders at different levels.
• You have a proven track record in business development.
