Our Actuarial team provides a comprehensive range of actuarial support across various sectors, including life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We consistently collaborate with teams in Audit & Assurance, as well as other lines of services such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on large-scale projects.

In this position, you will be integrated into an experienced project team from day one and will take on daily responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead a variety of client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects from proposals and contracting through delivery to invoicing.
• Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and generating new business with internal and external clients.
• Create and participate in thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• You are a qualified actuary (Actuary SAA or equivalent).
• You have experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry or consulting.
• You possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a genuine willingness to learn, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English with stakeholders at various levels.
• You have demonstrated business development experience.
