Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

Our Actuarial team offers a comprehensive range of actuarial support in life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We frequently collaborate with various teams within Audit & Assurance and other service lines such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on large-scale projects.

In this role, you will be integrated into an experienced project team from day one, taking on daily responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead a variety of client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from proposals and contracting to delivery and invoicing.
• Engage in business development by identifying business ideas and opportunities, fostering new business with internal and external clients.
• Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and training new talent to conducting performance reviews and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• You are a qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or possess equivalent qualifications.
• You have experience in an actuarial role, whether in the Insurance industry or in Consulting.
• You possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for making a difference, while enjoying collaboration with diverse teams.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English with stakeholders at various levels.
• You demonstrate proven business development experience.
