Our Actuarial team offers a comprehensive range of support, specializing in life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We frequently collaborate with other divisions in Audit & Assurance as well as various service lines, including Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation, on large-scale projects.

In this position, you will join an experienced project team from the outset, taking on daily responsibilities to deliver trustworthy solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Act as the primary point of contact for pension-related topics at Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead diverse client projects, such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, or valuations.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects from proposals to invoicing.
• Engage in business development: identify opportunities and generate new business with internal and external clients.
• Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a comparable quantitative field.
• You are a qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or have an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry or consulting.
• You have exceptional analytical and communication skills with a strong desire to learn and make an impact, and you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, engaging effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• You demonstrate a proven track record in business development.
