Our Actuarial team provides a comprehensive range of actuarial support in life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We frequently collaborate with other teams in Audit & Assurance and various lines of service, including Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation, on large-scale projects.

In this role, you will become an integral part of an experienced project team, assuming day-to-day responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Act as the main point of contact for pension topics at Deloitte Switzerland.
  • Lead a variety of client projects, such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from proposals to invoicing.
  • Identify business ideas and opportunities for development with internal and external clients.
  • Participate and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
  • Experience in an actuarial position, either in the insurance industry or consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong desire to learn and make a significant impact.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English across various stakeholder levels.
  • Proven experience in business development.
