Minimum of 5 years of functional operational or technical experience in the Packaging or Maintenance areas within the FMCG industry.
A minimum of 5 years of shop floor experience as a frontline leader managing packaging or technical operations (packaging, maintenance, projects).
Preferably possesses multicultural work experience.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and mindsets, such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and WCM (e.g., Carlsberg Excellence Way of Working).
Knowledge and application of beverage industry operational and technical standards (e.g., COM).
Experience with packaging automation, equipment, and cost optimization is a plus.

Coordinates the Global COM Work Group to continuously improve technology, processes, and performance standards with global inputs.
Responsible for development inputs of Global Standards through good practices and learnings from mistakes across regions.
Coordinates the best practice lift and shift process for the defined technology across regions.
Develops implementation guides, tools, and programs to assist breweries in complying with COM standards and enhancing performance.
Enhances brewery capabilities by deploying standards, tools, and programs across regions, participating in COM compliance audits, and tracking implementation gaps.
Responsible for reviewing regional self-assessments related to performance gaps and opportunities.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of various packaging processes and machinery (blowing, filling, labeling, packing, etc.), along with troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Recognized as a technical expert in equipment maintenance and processes, providing advice on technical improvements, or as an operational expert in packaging line management and performance delivery.
Focus on improving the technical condition of machines with experience in AM/PM/FI/T&D pillars of TPM.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for cost reduction, OEE%, and safety.
Enhances Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE%) through data-driven decision-making, evaluating capacity utilization and SKU complexity, and optimizing processes using Carlsberg Excellence Tools.
Ability to understand and coach key packaging advance methodologies such as LBO and Pit-Stop.
Value Engineering
Supports qualification of specific new materials in conjunction with supply chain/procurement for cans, bottles, etc., linked with various technologies operating windows regarding speeds and lightweight materials.
Facilitates performance acceptance needs between group procurement materials strategy and machinery prior to introduction.
Evaluates capacity utilization and SKU complexity to set OEE% targets and eliminate non-value add expenditures.
Functional Interlinks
Develops and applies EHS permit to work processes and audit systems.
Manages the MRO process, including qualifying new suppliers, engineering inputs, consumption cycles, and material integrity.
Participates in global excellence audits to evaluate plant maintenance efficiency and effectiveness in the PM pillar.
Collaborates with packaging, excellence, and HR to develop standard global skills matrices for machinery.
