Join Our Team as a Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage multi-disciplinary project teams at our clients. In this role, you will provide a diverse range of solutions and capabilities, including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration.

Your responsibilities will include advising clients on their change initiatives and operating model design, with a strong focus on customer excellence, sales, and distribution management within the financial services industry.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to effectively communicate the impact of new regulations.

Your Skill Set

• A degree in business, communication, IT, engineering, or a digital discipline, accompanied by at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Previous work experience in the (re)insurance industry or consulting, with relevance to customer experience strategy projects and/or technology-backed transformation projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, high customer orientation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Proven experience in program management for large-scale projects and programs.
• A deep understanding of relevant business processes, ideally playing a leading role in large transformation programs, with experience in agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
