Job Description

Manage multi-disciplinary project teams for our clients to deliver a broad range of solutions and capabilities, including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration.

Advise clients on their change initiatives and operating model design.

Drive the customer excellence agenda and sales and distribution management for clients in the financial services industry.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to communicate the impact of new regulations.

Your Skill Set

• A degree in business, communication, IT, engineering, or a digital discipline, along with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous work experience in the (re)insurance industry or in consulting, with a strong background in customer experience strategy projects and/or technology-backed transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, a strong customer orientation, and a high level of motivation to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience in program management for large-scale projects and programs.
• A deep understanding of related business processes and a significant role in large transformation programs, ideally with agile/SAFe experience.
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
