Your Skill Set
- A degree in business, communication, IT, engineering, or a digital discipline, along with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the (re)insurance industry or consulting, with a background in customer experience strategy and technology-backed transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills, a high customer orientation, and a motivation to work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in program management for large-scale projects and programs.
- A comprehensive understanding of related business processes, ideally having played a leading role in large transformation programs, combined with agile/SAFe experience.
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
