Job Description

Manage multi-disciplinary project teams at our clients to provide a broad range of solutions and capabilities, including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration.

Advise our clients on their change initiatives and operating model design, while driving customer excellence and sales and distribution management for clients in the financial services industry.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to effectively communicate the impact of new regulations.

Your Skill Set

• A degree, preferably in business, communication, IT, engineering, or a digital discipline, along with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the (re)insurance industry or in consulting, with a strong background in customer experience strategy projects and/or technology-backed transformation projects.
• Analytical thinking, high customer orientation, and a strong motivation to work in a dynamic team are key characteristics.
• Proven experience in program management for large scale projects and programs.
• Deep understanding of related business processes and a leading role in large transformation programs, ideally with agile/SAFe experience.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
