As an advisor, you will guide our clients on their change initiatives and operating model design. Focus on enhancing customer excellence and sales and distribution management for clients within the financial services industry.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to effectively communicate the implications of new regulations.

Your Skill Set

• A degree in business, communication, IT, engineering, or a digital discipline, along with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the (re)insurance industry or consulting, particularly in customer experience strategy projects and technology-backed transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, high customer orientation, and a proven motivation to excel in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience in program management for large-scale projects and programs.
• A deep understanding of business processes, ideally in a leading role within a large transformation program, along with experience in agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
