Join Our Tax Team

Our Tax Team provides integrated tax services designed to help clients effectively navigate local and global tax challenges. We advise on strategies that simplify tax management and enhance global visibility, enabling informed strategic decisions.

Your Impact

As part of our team, you will support clients in the financial industry by addressing complex tax questions. Your focus will primarily be on institutions in the banking, (re-)insurance, and fund sectors, tackling both strategic and operational tax challenges. Here’s how you can make a difference:

• Provide Swiss tax compliance services to large multinational enterprises in the financial sector, managing their global tax compliance.
• Take responsibility and coordinate local and international tax advisory projects.
• Serve as an advisor on complex tax issues, particularly withholding tax, stamp duties, and operational taxes (FATCA, CRS, CARF, QI).
• Build robust client relationships and participate in tax projects involving structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and planning.
• Collaborate in a cross-divisional and international team, working alongside diverse colleagues from around the globe.
• Take charge of your career while exploring exciting opportunities and a comprehensive internal management training program.
• Lead and inspire junior team members, fostering their growth within their careers.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a degree as a Swiss certified tax expert or a specialized Swiss Master’s degree (e.g., LL.M. in Swiss and International Taxation).
• You have an academic background in accounting, administration, economics, or law, along with several years of experience in the financial services industry and/or tax/legal consulting focused on financial services.
• You demonstrate a positive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to take on responsibility.
• You have a curiosity and enjoy employing your technical and investigative skills.
• You communicate fluently in French and English; additional languages would be advantageous.
• You thrive in a team-oriented environment.
