Our Tax Team offers integrated tax services that empower our clients to navigate local and global tax challenges effectively. We provide strategic guidance to simplify tax management and enhance global visibility, enabling informed strategic decision-making.

Your Impact

As part of our team, you will support clients in the financial industry by addressing complex tax issues, focusing primarily on institutions within banking, (re-)insurance, and the fund sector. Your role will involve:

• Providing Swiss tax compliance services to large multinational enterprises in the financial sector while assisting in their global tax compliance administration.
• Taking responsibility for coordinating local and international tax advisory projects.
• Advising clients on complex tax matters, particularly concerning withholding tax, stamp duties, and operational taxes (FATCA, CRS, CARF, QI).
• Building client relationships and participating in tax projects, including structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with cross-divisional and international teams worldwide.

• Leading and inspiring junior team members to help them grow in their careers.

Who We're Looking For

We seek individuals who possess:

• A degree as a Swiss certified tax expert or a specialized Swiss Master's degree (e.g., LL.M. in Swiss and International Taxation).
• An academic background in accounting, business administration, economics, or law with several years of experience in financial services and/or tax/legal consulting focused on financial services.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Curiosity and the ability to utilize technical and investigative skills effectively.
• Fluency in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A collaborative spirit with a preference for teamwork.
