Your Impact

• Deliver Swiss tax compliance services to large multinational enterprises in the financial sector, assisting them in managing their global tax obligations.
• Lead and coordinate both local and international tax advisory projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex tax issues, with a strong emphasis on withholding tax, stamp duties, and operational taxes (FATCA, CRS, CARF, QI).
• Build lasting client relationships and participate in tax projects involving structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate within a cross-divisional and international team, engaging with colleagues from around the globe.
• Take charge of your career development by exploring our exciting career opportunities and participating in a broad internal management training program.
• Inspire and mentor junior team members, facilitating their professional growth.

Who We Are Looking For

• A degree as a Swiss certified tax expert or a specialized Swiss Master's degree (e.g. LL.M. in Swiss and International Taxation).
• An academic qualification in accounting, administration, economics, or law, coupled with several years of experience in financial services and/or tax/legal consulting focused on financial services.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• A curious mindset and a capability to leverage your technical and investigative skills.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A preference for teamwork and collaboration.
