Overview

As a (Senior) Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team and advise international clients on cutting-edge technology solutions for their business. You will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and improve performance. Our team combines extensive knowledge and experience gained from managing some of the most complex IT projects globally, from system replacements to comprehensive IT transformations. By enriching our team, you will gain valuable insights into IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategic vision into effective enterprise architecture.
• Support enterprise, business, and solution architects in defining solution architecture for large programmes.
• Govern the implementation of our solutions while coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Assess the enterprise architecture maturity of our clients and assist in enhancing their architectural capabilities.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to facilitate meaningful impact for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate and present your ideas both orally and in writing.
• With a degree in applied mathematics or computer science, you have over 10 years of extensive professional experience in developing software, solutions, and enterprise architecture, along with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• You have successfully led software development projects, managed business and IT stakeholders, and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams; any TOGAF, IT project management, or Open Group Certified Architect certifications are valuable assets.
• You are fluent in English and German, and you are open to travelling primarily within Switzerland; proficiency in French is an advantage.
