Provide legal advice to the Commercial Operations teams headquartered in Rheinfelden, which include the departments of Market Access, Business Management, Marketing, and International Alliance Management.
Responsible for offering legal support on all commercial matters within the Tillotts Group.
Draft and negotiate marketing and distribution agreements for the commercialization of Tillotts products in countries where the company does not have a subsidiary, ensuring a smooth repatriation of products.
Support Tillotts affiliates in collaborating with relevant third parties such as authorities, payers, and associations.
Independently manage all legal aspects related to the sale of Tillotts products by subsidiaries, including negotiation of agreements with (pre-)wholesalers, hospitals, and other customers.
Oversee disputes and litigations associated with commercial matters.
Assist managing directors of Tillotts affiliates in decision-making by delivering clear and thorough risk assessments.
Represent the Legal department in the Project Steering Committee for Commercial Operations, managing all commercial projects of the Tillotts Group.
Support the General Counsel and team members on various legal matters.
Who You Are
Master's degree in Law and admission to the Swiss or European bar.
7-10 years of experience in providing legal support on commercial matters within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
Highly motivated to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
