Job Opportunity: Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Operations
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Rheinfelden, focusing on Chemistry, Pharma, and Biotechnology.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the Commercial Operations team, which includes the departments of Market Access, Business Management, Marketing, and International Alliance Management. All subsidiaries of Tillotts Pharma AG report to the Head of Commercial Operations.
- Offer legal support on all commercial matters for the Tillotts Group.
- Draft and negotiate marketing and distribution agreements for the commercialization of Tillotts products in countries where Tillotts does not maintain its own subsidiary, ensuring legally smooth repatriation processes for products.
- Support Tillotts affiliates in liaising with relevant stakeholders, including authorities, payers, associations, and other partners.
- Independently manage all legal aspects related to the sale of Tillotts products by subsidiaries, including negotiating agreements with (pre-)wholesalers, hospitals, and other customers.
- Oversee disputes and litigations connected to commercial matters.
- Assist the managing directors of Tillotts affiliates by providing clear and robust risk assessments for decision-making.
- Represent the Legal department in the Project Steering Committee Commercial, managing all commercial projects of the Tillotts Group.
- Support the General Counsel and other team members on additional legal matters.
Who You Are
- Your qualifications include a Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss or a European bar.
- You possess 7-10 years of experience in providing legal support on commercial matters within the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have strong negotiation skills and are highly motivated to work in a performance-related environment.
- You demonstrate an independent and proactive attitude, while also being a valuable team player.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and can navigate a fast-paced working environment with flexibility and agility.
- You have a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
