Allianz Commercial's dedicated Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) team delivers personalized solutions for our clients as they manage, control, and reduce risk. These solutions include multi-year, multi-line insurance products, as well as fronting and captive reinsurance services.
Based in either Munich or Wallisellen and reporting directly to the Head of Legal ART, you will provide legal and transaction-specific expert advice, including legal sign-off on regulatory matters such as cross-border regulatory and licensing issues and risk-transfer requirements. You will assess the legality and enforceability of structural features, including insurable interest, parental indemnification agreements, tying of limits, accelerated and additional premium features, assignment of rights, and offset rights.
You are globally responsible for distribution, intermediary management, and market conduct. This includes establishing and executing global ART Line of Business (LoB) guidelines and providing sign-off on relevant agreements.
