On is seeking an Integrated Planning Platform Senior Lead Architect (Anaplan) to join our headquarters in Zurich. Your Mission
- Design and architect complex Anaplan models, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
- Lead solution design workshops and facilitate interactions between business stakeholders and model builders.
- Review and validate models built by the team, offering guidance and expertise to ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentor and support the development of team members in Anaplan best practices and architecture design.
- Collaborate with the Anaplan CoE Lead to ensure operational excellence and alignment with strategic business and technology objectives.
- Stay current with Anaplan developments to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
- Document solution designs, architectures, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Your Story
- 7+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
- Extensive experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or in a similar role, with significant expertise in designing, developing, and managing Anaplan models.
- A degree or substantial knowledge in supply chain, finance, or another related field.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimization.
- Experience in leading strategic architecture and solution design in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner credentials are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
