We’re seeking a confident and highly creative leader to join the Graphic Design team at On. As a Lead, you will possess exceptional design skills and embody a deep design thinking mindset. You’ll guide other team members, provide regular open feedback, and demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Graphic Design, this is a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and creative role, integral to shaping our holistic global brand.

Your Mission

Your Story

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working with a Global Brand or Creative Agency.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a design team lead or director role, successfully designing and managing creative projects.
  • A portfolio filled with innovative, memorable branding and design work for global brands.
  • A strong understanding of how to leverage design to achieve consistent and cohesive work.
  • Great knowledge of print production methods, along with a solid understanding of animation and motion within design.
  • Confident in pitching, presenting, and selling ideas.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback; viewing the feedback process as a creative opportunity rather than a roadblock.
  • A true team player, eager to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best end results.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and positive in building cross-functional relationships and processes.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

About the Team

The focus of this team and this role is to define, develop, and cement a brand identity that is innovative, experimental, and unique to On. The work spans all formats—from digital to physical, internal to external, and product to packaging. No project is too big or small. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers in the Graphic Design team, Copywriters, and Art Directors, as well as engage with a company-wide team of stakeholders from product, strategy, talent, and communications to bring your work and theirs to life.
