We are seeking a Senior Lead - Development Manager, Special Projects to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of On’s Global Real Estate + Development team based at our Headquarters in Zurich. This dynamic and senior strategic position is integral to the Global Strategic Initiatives team, responsible for the strategic development, elevated decision-making, and end-to-end execution of high-profile, globally impactful initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the driving force behind complex projects within the Real Estate portfolio, expertly navigating high-stakes decisions that carry brand-wide implications, often amidst pressure and uncertainty.

In addition to executing projects, this role will critically assess outcomes to develop standardized playbooks and best practices for future Special Projects, documenting key learnings, optimizing processes, and establishing clear frameworks for impending initiatives.

• Project Experience (10+ Years): Extensive background in architecture and construction, managing complex projects across various sectors such as retail and workplace, from design development to construction administration.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a talent for effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Strategic Global Partnerships: Demonstrated experience in driving strategic partnerships and providing mentorship and support to cross-functional teams.
