As Senior Copy Lead, you will collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to deliver impactful concepts and narratives across various channels.

You strive for creative excellence in every brief and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With foresight, you identify potential issues before they arise, exhibiting a love for the craft and an immersion in global subcultures. You confidently navigate the creative journey from strategic foundations to significant conceptual development and production, culminating in the final rollout.
The Senior Copy Lead - Running will report to the Head of Creative - Running in the Creative Studio.
Your Mission
- Partner with the Art Director to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns across all channels, bringing big ideas to life from briefs both large and small.
- Confidently and articulately present creative ideas based on strategy and insights.
- Deliver concepts, films, OOH, and 360 campaigns with an obsessive attention to craft on ambitious timelines.
- Uphold and evolve On's distinctive voice, ensuring it remains fearless and unconventional.
- Lead the creative efforts in the Run category to success, fostering bravery and dedication within your team while ensuring they are motivated, inspired, and consistently delivering bold, original and inventive concepts and distinctive tones of voice for campaigns and projects.
- Manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously, making sound creative decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplify leadership in creativity, championing the On Spirit, and actively contributing to company culture and events.
Your Story
- A dynamic, experienced copywriter with over 6 years of experience as a creative championing big ideas in global advertising and/or marketing campaigns, either on the brand side or at an agency.
- A passionate storyteller with a portfolio that includes film scripts, manifestos, OOH, and disruptive activations.
- A deep understanding of global digital user journeys and how to leverage touchpoints to drive meaningful action.
- Experience challenging the status quo and navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver commercial results.
- Comfortable leading high-impact initiatives that significantly influence the business and brand trajectory.
- Skilled in leading and inspiring your team, identifying underlying issues and root causes, and seeking effective solutions.
- A deep love for, and experience in, culture, fashion, and performance sports.
