Your Mission
As a vital member of our team, you will play an essential role during all race and test events throughout the season. Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending all race and test events during the season.
- Preparing, packing, and distributing components at the track.
- Installing hydraulics at the Engine, Gearbox, or Chassis when not completed at the factory (including power steering, dampers, SLM system, gearbox, and hydraulic pumps).
- Managing the bleeding of the hydraulic system both at the track and in the factory.
- Participating in the heat-up procedure of the hydraulic system prior to engine start-up.
- Handling the assembly, service, repair, and testing of both new and in-service assemblies and their associated components for our Race Team and Race Team Support, in collaboration with factory support.
- Working to the highest standards and adhering to specifications to ensure that delivery, performance, and reliability targets are met efficiently and punctually.
- Responsible for SAP booking, as well as damage and fault recording and reporting of all hydraulic components.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of all equipment, and proactively working to enhance team presentation at events.
- Conducting regular hydraulic oil checks with the lubricant supplier or at our own test center.

- Contribution to the continuous improvement of the hydraulic system, equipment, and procedures in collaboration with the engineering teams in Hinwil and Neuburg.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic data analysis in Atlas.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with a willingness to learn basic German required.
