Your Mission
As a key member of our Race Team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, attending all race and test events throughout the season. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, packing, and distributing components at the track.
- Installing hydraulics such as power steering, dampers, SLM systems, gearboxes, and hydraulic pumps at the Engine, Gearbox, or Chassis, if not completed at the factory.
- Bleeding the hydraulic system both at the track and in the factory.
- Participating in the heat-up procedure of the hydraulic system prior to fire-up.
- Handling the assembly, service, repair, and testing of both new and in-service hydraulic assemblies and their associated components.
- Working meticulously to meet the highest standards and specifications, ensuring that performance and reliability targets are achieved efficiently and on time.
- Managing SAP bookings, recording damage/faults, and reporting on all hydraulic components.
- Upholding a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all equipment and continuously striving to enhance team presentation at events.
- Conducting regular hydraulic oil checks at the lubricant supplier or at our own test center.

- Take on additional responsibilities related to track operations or as instructed.
- Drive the team van alongside the car crew.
- Foster a culture of "zero mistakes.")
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of hydraulic systems, equipment, and procedures in collaboration with engineering teams in Hinwil and Neuburg.
- Demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Possess basic knowledge of hydraulic data analysis in Atlas.
- Have full professional proficiency in English, with a willingness to learn basic German.
