Your Mission
As a vital member of our race team, you will be expected to:
- Attend all race and test events during the season.
- Prepare, pack, and distribute components at the track.
- Install hydraulics on the Engine, Gearbox, or Chassis, if not completed at the factory (including power steering, dampers, SLM system, gearbox, and hydraulic pumps).
- Take responsibility for bleeding the hydraulic system at both the track and in the factory.
- Be involved in the heat-up procedure of the hydraulic system before engine start-up.
- Assemble, service, repair, and test both new and in-service assemblies along with their associated components for our Race Team and Race Team Support, with support from the factory.
- Work to the highest standards, adhering to specifications to ensure delivery, performance, and reliability targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Handle SAP bookings, as well as damage and fault recording and reporting for all hydraulic components.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of all equipment while proactively working to enhance team visibility at events.
- Regularly check hydraulic oil either at the lubricant supplier or at our own test center.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the hydraulic system, equipment, and procedures in collaboration with the engineering teams in Hinwil and Neuburg.
- Demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Possess basic knowledge of hydraulic data analysis in Atlas.
- Have full professional proficiency in English and a willingness to learn basic German.
