Your Mission

As a vital member of our team, you will take on various responsibilities that are crucial for our race and test events throughout the season. Your duties will include:

  • Attending all race and test events during the season
  • Preparing, packing, and distributing components at the track
  • Installing hydraulics at the engine, gearbox, or chassis if not completed at the factory (Power steering, dampers, SLM system, gearbox, hydraulic pumps)
  • Bleeding the hydraulic system both at the track and in the factory
  • Participating in the heat-up procedure of the hydraulic system before starting the engines
  • Assembling, servicing, repairing, and testing both new and in-service assemblies along with their associated components for our Race Team and Race Team Support, with factory assistance
  • Working to the highest standards to ensure efficiency and that performance and reliability targets are met on time
  • Managing SAP bookings, recording damage/faults, and reporting on all hydraulic components
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of all equipment while proactively improving team presentation at events
  • Conducting regular hydraulic oil checks in collaboration with our lubricant supplier or at our own test center

  • Being an engaged and contributing member of the pit stop crew

  • Assisting and supporting fellow team members both at home and on the road
  • Taking on additional duties related to track operations or as directed
  • Driving the team van alongside the car crew
  • Promoting and embodying a "zero mistakes" culture
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the hydraulic system, equipment, and procedures in collaboration with engineering teams in Hinwil and Neuburg
  • Demonstrating a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Possessing basic knowledge of hydraulic data analysis in Atlas
  • Having full professional proficiency in English and a willingness to learn a basic level of German
